# MapCheck Maps — third-party notices

MapCheck Maps is a configured build of **GeoLibre** v3.4.0
(https://github.com/opengeos/GeoLibre, commit 31264e594f6bea72935a736a9d7aaa165c4c6294),
Copyright (c) Qiusheng Wu and GeoLibre contributors, used under the MIT licence
(full text: `GeoLibre-LICENSE.txt`).

Build changes: the proprietary `mapbox-gl` package is aliased to `maplibre-gl`
(BSD-3-Clause) so no Mapbox SDK code is distributed; external CDNs are stripped
(`GEOLIBRE_NO_EXTERNAL_CDN=1`), which also leaves gdal3.js (LGPL-2.1-or-later) out of
the build. If gdal3.js is ever re-enabled it must stay an unmodified, separately
loaded module and its LGPL notice must be served here.

Every npm package present in the build environment, with its declared licence, is
listed in `THIRD_PARTY_PACKAGES.tsv` (over-inclusive: it lists the whole workspace,
not only what the bundle contains).
